ELEVATING QUANTUM
WOMEN'S VOICES

Launched in 2025, Elevating Quantum Women’s Voices is an communications program jointly delivered by Quantum Women and Quantum Australia to help women in and around quantum speak with clarity, credibility, and impact.

It is free to participants, and hosted with support from leading organizations. Across four focused training sessions and small in-person coaching, participants practise real scenarios, sharpen messages, handle difficult questions, and translate complex work for decision-makers in industry, investment, media, and policy.

The program opens with a launch event and concludes with a participant-run closing night, where graduates MC, moderate, and lead panels on topics they choose. Along the way, they gain practical tools, feedback from experienced coaches, and a network that continues beyond the program.

The outcome is simple: more women visible in the conversations that shape Australia’s quantum sector, stronger leadership presence across labs and companies, and a broader pool of voices ready to chair meetings, serve on panels and committees, and help build a more inclusive, resilient, and thriving industry.
